Why has this problem not been definitively solved yet?! Though Dropbox is actually a pretty awesome solution to this. I highly recommend it.

A bit off-tune for me, but I love this! My favourite from a webcomic called Hark! A vagrant! which is a gem of a comic by the marvelously talented Kate Beaton.
